Despite the billions of emails sent each day, faxing is still very popular and thankfully it has moved on a great deal from the screeching white box that used to sit in the corner of the office.

There are now hundreds of different services and applications that will make sending and receiving faxes very simple, including many free services.

Solutions Types;

Fax to Email – As its name suggests, this service has faxes delivered directly to your email inbox and requires no additional phone line to work. Instead the fax is delivered into companies with hundreds of virtual fax machines, which automatically forwards all faxes on to its customers.

Email to Fax – This solution allows you to send faxes using your email software… instead of entering an email address you enter a fax number, and the software or service will send to the recipients fax machine.

Fax Printer - Similar to email to fax, this solution installs software onto your computer which will allow you to utilise a Fax Printer and when you hit the print button it will ask you for a fax number and send to the recipients fax machine.
